Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30AM–6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Sales Strategy & Execution:

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across B2B and B2C channels.

·        Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks.

·        Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.

2.    Channel & Client Management:

·        Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.

·        Negotiate dealer, distributer and clients, and channel partners to maximize profitability.

·        Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks to drive sales growth.

·        Address and resolve dealer, distributor, and customer issues promptly, ensuring decisions are taken in the best interest of both the company and customers.

·        Lead negotiations, finalize deals, and maintain strong business relationships.

·        Drive export sales by identifying international markets, building partnerships, and managing global client relations.

·        Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain proper documentation for overseas shipments.

3.    Team Management:

·        Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

·        Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring for team members.

·        Ensure alignment of sales team goals with overall company objectives.

4.    Sales Operations & Reporting:

·        Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated sales pipelines.

·        Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend strategies.

·        Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and growth opportunities.

5.    Customer Relationship & Business Development:

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

·        Resolve customer queries and provide tailored solutions.

·        Explore opportunities for institutional sales, corporate tie-ups, and bulk orders.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

·        Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, appliances, or e-commerce industry.

·        Strong expertise in B2B and B2C sales with knowledge of distribution networks.

·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.

·        Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

·        Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
