Product: Aulten 5 KVA COPPER 4000W 90V–300V Heavy Duty Mainline Voltage Stabilizer for Home
Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service.
I purchased the Aulten 5 KVA COPPER 4000W 90V–300V stabiliser from Flipkart because it claimed to work with an input voltage as low as 90V. However, from the very first day, it did not work properly even when the input voltage was above 150V. The stabiliser kept disconnecting every 3–4 seconds, making a continuous “tick-tick” sound, and then restarting again, making it completely unusable.
Since Flipkart had no return policy, I had to rely on the 2-year replacement warranty. After raising a replacement request, it took more than a month to receive the replacement unit. Unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same issue and was also defective.
I contacted Aulten customer support multiple times, but they refused to provide another free replacement. Instead, they asked me to pay 25% of the replacement cost even though the product is still under the 2-year replacement warranty.
I have spent months following up on this issue and still do not have a properly working stabiliser.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product. Please consider the product quality, warranty support, and after-sales service before making a purchase.
