Warranty and Replacement Policy

To ensure a smooth warranty process, please register your purchase with us at

1 Fast and Efficient Service: "We ensure quick resolution of your issues. If your stabilizer faces any problem, and there is a service center in your area, we offer repair and replacement services within 24 to 48 hours, ensuring minimal disruption to your day.

2. Warranty Assurance: "All our products come with a comprehensive warranty, giving you peace of mind. In case of any manufacturing defects, we will provide a free repair or replacement within the warranty period. Although If the warranty for your stabilizer has expired, we are still offering after-sales service to assist you.

3. Dedicated Customer Support: "Our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist you. Whether you have queries, need technical support, or require information about products, our team is always ready to help.

4. Quick Stabilizer Repair at Our Authorized Service Center: "if you want to save your
replacement and also save time, we offer you the option to visit our Authorized service center, which is near you, and get your stabilizer serviced there.

5. Quality Assurance: "We test every stabilizer thoroughly before dispatch to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. You can rely on our products for long-lasting and efficient performance.

6. Option for Product Upgrade: "If you have purchased Products from our company, but it’s not performing well in your area due to specific conditions, we offer you the Option to upgrade to a better-suited model. Our team will work with you to understand your requirements and the challenges in your area, and we will recommend the best Products for your needs. This ensures you continue to have the best experience with our products

1-Replacement Process: If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the old unit from the registered address (the address where the product was originally delivered). Our courier partner will contact you directly to coordinate the pick-up. Once the old unit is collected, please inform us and share the pick-up receipt provided by the courier. Upon receiving the pick-up receipt, we will ship the replacement unit to the same address and provide you with the courier tracking details. It is mandatory to collect the receiving of the product.

2-Product Warranty:

  • Servo Voltage Stabilizer: 1-Year Repair Warranty
  • Mainline: 2-Year Replacement Warranty
  • Multipurpose: 2-Year Replacement Warranty
  • AC: 3-Year Replacement Warranty

3-Warranty Terms:

  • Servo Voltage stabilizer/ correctors: We offer a 1-year repair warranty for our servos voltage stabilizer/ Correctors. If a customer faces any issues with the servo voltage stabilizer, 
  • we will arrange for its pickup. Once we receive the servo, we will repair it and send it back to the customer. 
    Additionally, if the customer requires spare parts for the servo, we also provide those upon request.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing defects will be provided free of charge, as long as the product is still within the warranty period.

Voltage Stabilizer


First-Time Replacement: No charge.

Second-Time Replacement under Warranty: 25% charge. If you do not wish to pay this
charge, you will need to send the faulty unit to our warehouse at your own expense.


After Warranty: Only the repair cost and Transportation charges will be applicable.

4-Faulty Unit upon Delivery: If you receive a defective unit upon delivery, you may request a replacement within 10 to 15 days at no additional cost, and this will not affect your warranty. The warranty will remain valid from the date of the original purchase as shown on the invoice. If the replacement request is raised after the 10 to 15-day period, a charge will apply.

5-Implied conditions as to quality or fitness.—Subject to the provisions of the Sales of Good Act, 1930 and any other law for the time being in force, there is no implied warranty or condition as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of goods supplied under a contract of sale, except as follows:—

(1) Where the buyer, expressly or by implication, makes known to the seller the particular purpose for which the goods are required, so as to show that the buyer relies on the seller’s skill or judgment, and the goods are of a description which it is in the course of the seller’s business to supply (whether he is the manufacturer or producer or not), there is an implied condition that the goods shall be reasonably fit for such purpose: Provided that, in the case of a contract for the sale of a specified article under its patent or other trade name, there is no implied condition as to its fitness for any particular purpose.

(2) Where goods are bought by description from a seller who deals in goods of that description (whether he is the manufacturer or producer or not), there is an implied condition that the goods shall be of merchantable quality: Provided that, if the buyer has examined the goods, there shall be no implied condition as regards defects which such examination ought to have revealed. 

(3) An implied warranty or condition as to quality or fitness for a particular purpose may be annexed by the usage of trade.


(4) An express warranty or condition does not negative a warranty or condition implied by the Sales of Good Act, 1930 

6-Burning or Misuse Cases: Burning or misuse of the product is not covered under the warranty. In the following cases, the following terms will apply:

  • Example 1: If you purchase a 4kVA 3200V AC stabilizer with a range of 90V to 280V and use it like a mainline stabilizer, it can burn out due to an overload, as it exceeds its designed capacity. This would be considered a misuse case
  • Example 2: If you use a TV stabilizer for an AC, it is considered misuse, which could lead to the product burning out.

In all misuse cases, the following terms apply:

  • A 50% charge will apply for replacements due to burning or misuse.
  • The customer must return the unit to us at their own cost.
  • A replacement unit will be sent, and shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • Please note that upgrades are not possible for units with burning issues.

NOTE: Our product specifications are intended for residential use, not for commercial use. It is specifically designed for domestic purposes only.


For the commercial use- You can buy our Servo Voltage correctors.

7-Parts Replacement:

  • Under Warranty: Parts will be provided free of charge
  • After Warranty: The cost of the required part and delivery charges will be applicable.

8-Upgrade Process:

If you wish to upgrade to a newer model, you will need to pay the difference in price between the new product and the old one, along with the pick-up charges. Once the payment is received, we will arrange for the collection of your old unit and dispatch the upgraded product to you.


Note:
The entire upgrade process typically takes 6-7 business days or more, depending on your location and the availability of last-mile courier services in your area.

9-Terms and Conditions:

This warranty is subject to the following limitations and conditions, and may be considered void under the circumstances listed below:


1. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
2. Misuse, abuse, or damage caused by burning of the unit is not covered under warranty.
3. Warranty will be void if the product has been repaired, opened, or tampered with by
unauthorized personnel.
4. Defects arising from accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, earthquake,
lightning, or any other natural disasters are not covered.
5. The company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
6. This warranty does not cover damages to the cabinet, physical Damage or any issues caused by overloading or repairs conducted by unauthorized persons.

This warranty is governed by the jurisdiction of Delhi courts or other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies with jurisdiction over the company’s registered office. This is the only warranty provided by the company for the equipment.
