Very disappointing experience with this stabilizer and customer support.
The stabilizer is rated for 130V–280V input range, and my voltage conditions are fully within that range (mostly 150V–190V under load). Still, within just one month of usage, the unit started overheating and producing a burning smell while running a normal 1.5 Ton AC.
Instead of resolving the issue under warranty, the support team immediately started trying to put it under “misuse/burning” category without any inspection, apparently to charge money from the customer. Their own warranty examples clearly mention misuse cases like overload or using the wrong appliance, which does not apply in my case at all.
Support staff remained in denial mode throughout and even refused to connect me with any senior or manager for escalation. They want to first collect the unit, inspect it later, and then decide whether replacement will be given, leaving the customer without AC support for 5–7 days in extreme summer temperatures.
I have multiple stabilizers running under the same power conditions and all are working perfectly. Only this newer product line is facing issues.
Poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. Would not recommend Aulten products based on my experience.
it stopped after 15 minutes of installation no support for return and refund
I have never seen such a worst post sell service like aulten. I bought a 5kva stabilizer and stop working after 3 months. After almost 10 month they didn’t replace the same.
