Area Sales Executive (B2B)

Position: Area Sales Executive (B2B)
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    B2B Sales & Business Development:

·        Identify, approach, and acquire new dealers, distributors, and bulk buyers in the assigned area.

·        Build long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales growth.

·        Negotiate pricing, terms, and business deals to achieve revenue targets.

2.    Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:

·        Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product presence.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·        Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for business strategy.

3.    Client Relationship Management:

·        Maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business.

·        Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and after-sales support to clients.

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs.

4.    Reporting & Analysis:

·        Track and report sales performance, revenue growth, and area-specific insights.

·        Share feedback from the market to improve products and sales strategies.

·        Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, closures, and business pipeline.

5.    Team Collaboration & Execution:

·        Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order execution.

·        Support promotional activities, product launches, and trade events in the assigned area.

·        Work closely with senior management to align area sales strategies with company goals.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, electricals, or appliances industry.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building dealer/distributor networks.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

·        Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
