B2C Sales Executive

Position: B2C Sales Executive
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition:

·        Promote and sell Aulten products (stabilizers, inverters, geysers, and related electrical appliances) directly to consumers.

·        Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

2.    Lead Generation & Conversion:

·        Generate leads through various channels including social media, referrals, and events.

·        Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

·        Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

3.    Product Knowledge & Customer Support:

·        Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Aulten products, features, and benefits.

·        Provide pre-sales consultation, guidance, and recommendations to customers.

·        Assist in resolving customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

4.    Market & Competitor Analysis:

·        Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.

·        Provide feedback to management for product improvement and marketing strategies.

5.    Reporting & Collaboration:

·        Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates.

·        Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams for smooth customer experience.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in any field.

·        1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or e-commerce products.

·        Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

·        Strong customer orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.

·        Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.

·        Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
