HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Recruitment & Onboarding

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

·        Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

·        Ensure a smooth onboarding process and induction of new employees.

2.    Employee Engagement & Relations

·        Organize employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.

·        Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide solutions in a professional manner.

·        Maintain a healthy work environment to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

3.    HR Operations & Compliance

·        Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, etc.).

·        Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

4.    Performance Management

·        Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.

·        Support managers in setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

·        Help in identifying training needs and arranging development programs.

5.    Payroll & Administration

·        Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate payroll processing.

·        Manage employee benefits, salary revisions, and statutory deductions.

·        Support general office administration as required.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·        2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

·        Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.

·        Familiarity with HRMS software and MS Office tools.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
