HR Intern
Position: HR Intern
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship
Timing: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: Fresher / 0-1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Assist in posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
· Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
2. Employee Engagement & Administration:
· Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
· Support HR team in handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
4. Learning & Development:
· Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance review processes.
· Assist in maintaining training records and preparing HR reports.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee engagement.
· Help maintain accurate HR records and documentation for management.
Key Requirements:
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn.
· Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
