HR Manager

Position: HR Manager
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30AM – 6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

·       Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment for all departments.

·       Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.

·       Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

2.    Employee Engagement & Relations:

·       Foster a positive work culture through engagement activities, team-building sessions, and feedback mechanisms.

·       Address employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues promptly and fairly.

·       Implement HR policies to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

3.    Performance Management:

·       Design and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).

·       Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.

·       Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

4.    Training & Development:

·       Identify training needs across departments.

·       Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

·       Support leadership development and career growth initiatives.

5.    Compliance & HR Policies:

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

·       Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies and employee handbooks.

·       Maintain proper employee records and documentation.

6.    Payroll & Attendance Management:

·       Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems.

·       Coordinate with accounts for accurate salary disbursements and compliance.

·       Manage employee benefits and welfare programs.

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in e-commerce or manufacturing setups.

·       Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.

·       Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and MS Office.
