Quality Control Inspector

Position: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30AM – 6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Product Inspection & Testing:

·        Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

·        Perform electrical, mechanical, and functional testing on stabilizers, inverters, geysers, and other appliances.

·        Identify defects, deviations, or quality issues and ensure corrective measures are taken.

2.    Quality Assurance Compliance:

·        Ensure products meet company quality standards and BIS/ISO compliance requirements.

·        Maintain records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

·        Follow safety standards and industry guidelines during quality checks.

3.    Process Monitoring & Improvement:

·        Monitor production processes to prevent recurring defects.

·        Provide feedback to production and R&D teams for product improvements.

·        Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce rejections.

4.    Documentation & Reporting:

·        Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and maintain inspection logs.

·        Report non-conformities to management and recommend corrective actions.

·        Support internal and external audits.

5.    Team Coordination:

·        Work closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth quality checks.

·        Train line operators and staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Key Requirements:

·        Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

·        3–5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in electrical appliances or manufacturing industry.

·        Strong knowledge of testing equipment, measurement tools, and quality assurance processes.

·        Familiarity with BIS/ISO standards and safety regulations.

·        Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
