Quality Control Technician

Position: Quality Control Technician
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Product Inspection & Testing:

·        Conduct quality checks on raw materials, components, and finished products.

·        Perform functional and safety tests on stabilizers, inverters, and related electrical products.

·        Identify defects, deviations, and ensure products meet company and industry standards.

2.    Process Monitoring:

·        Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control guidelines.

·        Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

·        Maintain calibration and accuracy of testing equipment.

3.    Documentation & Reporting:

·        Record inspection results, test data, and prepare quality reports.

·        Maintain proper documentation of rejections, repairs, and approvals.

·        Provide feedback to supervisors for process improvement.

4.    Compliance & Standards:

·        Ensure adherence to safety regulations, BIS/ISO standards, and company policies.

·        Support implementation of quality assurance procedures and audits.

5.    Collaboration:

·        Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to improve product quality.

·        Suggest process improvements and corrective actions to reduce defects.

Key Requirements:

·        Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

·        2–4 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the electrical/electronics manufacturing sector.

·        Knowledge of testing procedures, electrical safety standards, and QC tools.

·        Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Familiarity with ISO standards and BIS compliance is an advantage.
