Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Sales Support & Coordination:

·        Assist the sales team in managing daily operations, tracking leads, and maintaining client records.

·        Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and warehouse) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

·        Prepare and share sales reports, order confirmations, and updates with relevant stakeholders.

2.    Client Communication & Relationship Management:

·        Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and sales-related requests.

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on pending leads.

·        Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and coordinating solutions promptly.

3.    Order & Inventory Management:

·        Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishments.

·        Track order status from placement to delivery and communicate updates to customers.

·        Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

4.    Sales Analysis & Reporting:

·        Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

·        Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management review.

·        Provide insights to improve sales processes and efficiency.

5.    Team Collaboration & Vendor Coordination:

·        Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns.

·        Coordinate with vendors and marketplace representatives to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or any relevant field.

·        Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of sales analytics.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
