Tender Executive

Position: Tender Executive
Location: Azadpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Tender Management:

·        Search, identify, and evaluate tenders from government portals (GeM, CPP, state portals, etc.) and private institutions.

·        Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines.

·        Ensure all tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and supporting documents are accurate and complete.

2.    Documentation & Compliance:

·        Maintain and update all pre-qualification documents such as registrations, certifications, and licenses.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical specifications, financial data, and compliance certificates.

·        Ensure adherence to government guidelines, company policies, and tender terms.

3.    Bid Coordination & Submission:

·        Prepare price bids, technical bids, and supporting documents as per tender requirements.

·        Upload tender documents on e-procurement portals and ensure error-free submission.

·        Track bid status and respond to queries, clarifications, and amendments.

4.    Vendor & Government Liaison:

·        Maintain communication with tender authorities, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

·        Build strong relationships with government departments and institutional buyers.

·        Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiations when required.

5.    Reporting & Analysis:

·        Maintain a database of submitted, won, and lost tenders for reference and performance tracking.

·        Analyze tender outcomes and provide insights for future improvements.

·        Prepare regular reports for management on tender status, opportunities, and success ratios.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

·        2-3 years of experience in handling government tenders, e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, etc.), and institutional sales.

·        Strong knowledge of tender documentation, compliance requirements, and bidding processes.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-tendering portals.

·        Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
